Synopsis: Five years later... Odaiba, a tourist hotspot becomes too much to handle for the staff of Wangan Police Station. With traffic control, missing children's reports and tourists getting out of hand, they are struck with an even bigger problem when an oddity murder occurs. Superintendent Muroi from the Metropolitan Police Department is dispatched to the Wangan Police Station to set up investigation headquarters with female management superintendent Okita. Along with Sergeant Aoshima and the other Wangan Police station staff, they all become part of a web of evil and cruelty as they are each affected by a dangerous criminal one after another.
