From well-known producers/directors Wong Jing and Marco Mak and comes an explosive action police drama, 'The Colour Of The Truth'. Not just your average Hong Kong cop movie, 'The Colour Of The Truth'. focuses on the moral dilemma faced by a young cop who struggles between the truth and his desire to avenge his dead father.
Wong Jiang (Anthony Wong) and Seven-up (Lau Ching Wan) are part of the all star cast who are close buddies in the force. However, Wong is an upright and honest cop whereas Seven-up has been receiving bribes from Blind Chiu (Francis Ng). During the confrontation between the three, both Seven-up and Blind Chiu are killed.
Blind Chiu and Seven-up's sons grow up with the sole purpose on seeking vengeance against Wong Jiang. Coke, son of Seven-up joins the police force and is recruited by Wong Jiang while Wai, son of Blind Chiu becomes the leader of a triad gang.
