Laughing ( Michael Tse ) has been arranged by his ˇ¨ Tai Gor ˇ¨ ( Anthony Wong ) to join the police force and act as his undercover to protect his illegal activities. While in the police force, Laughing was arranged by Inspector Xian ( Yuen Biao ) to work as an undercover to spy on another ˇ¨ Tai Gor ˇ¨ ( Francis Ng ) which happens to be Laughingˇ¦s ˇ¨ Tai Kor ˇ¨ ˇ¦s rival sibling! In this scenario, Laughing has no choice but to work as a double undercover for his ˇ¨ Tai Kor ˇ¨ and the police force. The situation worsens when Laughing falls in love with the ˇ¨ Tai Kor ˇ¨ ˇ¦s ( Francis Ng ) sister, Karen ( Fala Chen ). One day, an incident leaks the secrets of his two identities and his real idendity is about to be exposed. Unfortunately, Inspector Xian has gone into a terrible comma because of the incident and nobody else is able to confirm that Laughing works as an undercover for the police force.
