SYNOPSIS / Editorial Review about - Beethoven Virus [MBC TV Drama, Vol 1-18 End] |
Kang Gun Woo (Kim Myung Min) may be Korea's top conductor, but his status is eclipsed by his inability to get along with anybody. Despite his great talents, his notoriously difficult personality and refusal to compromise even an inch eventually put him out of work in his country. Years after leaving Korea, he is invited back by violinist Ru Mi (Lee Ji Ah) who is organizing a city orchestra on very limited resources. Formed by a ragtag group of amateurs and second-stringers, this budding orchestra has heart, but they're short on cash and talent. Both the conductor and the players are in for a shock when they meet, none the least reluctant trumpet player Kang Gun Woo (Jang Geun Suk), who holds a childhood grudge against the self-righteous conductor with the same name as him. |
