Set four years after the TV series, Hana Yori Dango: Final is much like the drama, only bigger and better with the addition of Fujiki Naohito (Hotaru no Hikari) and veteran Kitaoji Kinya to the cast and location shooting in America, Hong Kong, and even a tropical island.
