SYNOPSIS / Editorial Review about - Smile Seiya No Kiseki |
A former tap dancer travels from Hokkaido to follow her lover and figure skating coach, only to become the coach of the Smilers ice hockey team (all matches lost for the year). However, under the care of a novice coach, her kids discover the joys of ice hockey. One day while the team is practicing, their friend falls ill while figure skating. To keep her spirits up the team urges her on with the phrase "it's easier for you to win over your illness than for us to win in a match! Don't you dare lose hope," and then pledges to get their first win in order to give her hope to overcome her illness. |
