Kin is the most elite member on the Hong Kong police force. Due to his self-centered personality, the relationship with his girlfriend Brenda is in the slumps. When a strange case occurs before the opening of the International Diamond Expo, Kin suspects that the inspector in charge was hypnotized. He decides to contact ex-police psychologist, Ching, who is serving a 7-year term for manslaughter. Kin releases Ching and join arms with him to catch the criminal.
