Shinigami are guardians in the "real world" with spiritual powers. They balance out the good and bad souls. Aizen created a new genre, Arrancar who are hollows with shinigami powers and in humanoid form. At the same time another group, Visored, approach Ichigo and train him to control his hollow-side. Arrancar arrives in Karakura-cho and starts a battle between shinigami from Soul Society. Aizen's scheme becomes clear and Ichigo, Visored and Shinigami all try in their own way to stop him. The battle only begins in Karakura-cho and leads to Hueco Mundo, the Arrancars' dem. |
