In the event that import duties or taxes are imposed by your respective customs on shipments from outside your country, you are to be responsible for them. The carrier may pay these amounts on your behalf to clear customs but you will be billed by them for it.

Customers who are unavailable to receive the order shipment and/or decline to pay the imposed import duties or taxes, resulting in the order being returned to Sensasian shall be liable for the order charges as well as all shipping charges incurred, inclusive of but not limited to those for the returned shipment. These charges will be applied automatically to your credit card without any further reference to you.

Please note that shipments by International Air Mail are not insured and Sensasian will not be responsible for any damage or loss in transit, once the shipment has been made. The customer choosing this shipping option remains liable for all contractual payments entered into as a result of confirming the purchase transaction.

Occasionally due to titles going on reprint at the manufacturer and/or new releases being unduly delayed, we may split ship orders and apply the relevant flat handing charge to your order, without any reference to you. Portions of your order that have been shipped may not be cancelled or returned. Please note that due to manufacturer delays beyond our control, we cannot accept orders predicated on full shipments being made all the time without partial shipments and the applicable surcharges being necessary.
