We automatically send out occasional e-mail to inform our customers of the latest content or product updates and developments. If you should wish not to participate in them, provisions are available for removal from such mailing lists.

Refund or replacement of any faulty items within a purchase is acceptable provided the items are returned to us within ten (10) days of receipt and Sensasian must be notified via an e-mail to orders@sensasian.com

Depending on the situation, we will send you a replacement item, upon receipt of your returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that all ordered items shipped are non refundable. Those that are wrongly shipped or faulty will only be replaced by the same title.

Sensasian operates shipping centers in Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. You will have to ship your return items to the appropriate destination, corresponding to the "Shipping Origin" of your item, indicated under the "Product Details" section of the Detail Page. The exact return addresses are provided below.
