All items in stock will be shipped within one working day of order confirmation.
Customers have the following shipping options:

• International Express Courier - Federal Express, TNT Express and Hong Kong Post Speedpost

The rates are calculated as follows:

Zone 1 shipments have a flat charge of US$ 15.00 and a handling fee of US$ 1.25 per item*
Zone 2 shipments have a flat charge of US$ 20.00 and a handling fee of US$ 2.25 per item*
Zone 3 shipments have a flat charge of US$ 30.00 and a handling fee of US$ 2.25 per item*
Zone 4 shipments have a flat charge of US$ 40.00 and a handling fee of US$ 10.00 per item*

*An item is defined as a jewel case containing a maximum of 3 Discs for Music items. However, specially packaged box sets that weigh more will depart from this rule. In all cases, the number of Shipping Units is listed below the Shopping Cart icon in your product detail page. In general, for orders in the Movies category, multiple disc box sets are charged shipping rates in multiples of their 2 disc constituents rounded up ie. a 24 disc box set is charged at the shipping rate for 12 items, a 25 disc box set is charged at the shipping rate for 13 items. Once again exceptions occur with heavier packaging and this will be reflected in the number of Shipping Units detailed below the Shopping Cart icon.

Please note that all single orders containing items from MORE THAN ONE of our shipping centres, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia, will incur the applicable flat charge for a commensurate number of times.
This is because the shipment has to be split, thereby incurring additional charges from our carriers. This additional flat charge will NOT be reflected in your initial Shopping Cart or Checkout totals and hence the Shipping Charges in your initial Order Confirmation do not fully reflect the total Shipping Charges applicable.

To work out your true Shipping Charge, simply multiply the US$2.00 flat charge by the appropriate number and add the result to your indicated Shipping Charge, if you have items in your order from more than one shipping centre. It will be applied subsequently to your credit card without any further reference to you. Single orders with items solely from one of the shipping centres will only incur the relevant flat charge once.

For example, a customer ordering 5 items solely from either Hong Kong, Singapore OR Malaysia to be shipped to any country, will pay Shipping Charges of US$12.00 as per the table above and the Shipping Calculator. Your Shopping Cart and Checkout totals are indicative of your full Shipping Charges. If a customer orders 5 items from 2 shipping centres in any combination, in a single order, the Shipping Charge becomes US$14.00 (US$12.00 + US$2.00, being the surcharge for the split shipment). Likewise, if a customer orders 5 items from 3 shipping centres in any combination, in a single order, the Shipping Charge becomes US$16.00 (US$12.00 + 2 X US$2.00, being the surcharge for the split shipments).

On certain occasions, if the recipient address is located in a remote outlying area, Federal Express imposes additional Extended Delivery Area charges. These charges are separate from those initially applied to your order and will be subsequently applied to your credit card automatically, without any further reference to you.

Please note that any applicable duties or Value Added Tax (VAT) shall be borne by the recipient at destination countries.
