- The Free Shipping offer is only applicable to orders placed on or after November 23, 2006.

- Free Shipping is applicable for orders with items shipping from a single country of origin only. Orders with items from multiple countries of origin will have the relevant split shipping surcharges of US$4 per shipping origin added on. The per item shipping charges for the Eligible Products will still be waived.

- Eligible Products For Free Shipping

• The following products are eligible for Free Shipping:
  • All Music and Movie Products (including TV Series) except for:
    • those shipping from Japan and Korea
    • Music titles shipping from Hong Kong
    • Limited Edition Products
• These Eligible Products will be identified by the following Graphic Icon.
• Other product categories like Toys and Collectibles are not eligible for Free Shipping and are considered Non Eligible Products.

- Eligible Shipping Method(s) for Free Shipping

Free Shipping only applies when:

• the Shipping Method of Registered Air Mail is chosen, Express Courier shipping will be charged accordingly.

Please note that for orders valued at or over US$30 which contain Non Eligible Products, shipping will be charged as follows:

1. Orders valued below US$30 when Non Eligible Products are excluded will incur a full shipping fee for the entire order
2. Orders valued at or above US$30 when non Eligible Products are excluded will incur a shipping fee only for Non Eligible Products.

Please note also the following:

1. Coupons are non applicable during the Free Shipping offer period.
   
2. Wholesale orders are not eligible for Free Shipping.
   
3. We reserve the right the suspend the Free Shipping offer at anytime or instance without further notification.
4. If for any reason beyond our control, that items in your order become out of print at the manufacturer, causing your order total to fall below US$30 then the remaining titles will ship to you at the applicable shipping charges without any further reference to you.
