is responsible for any lost, stolen or wrongfully delivered

For shipments by Express Courier, Sensasian shall
bear the responsibility for orders that are lost, stolen or wrongfully delivered. We will reverse out the payment you
have made by crediting your account.
Please note that shipments by International Air Mail are not insured and Sensasian will not be responsible for any damage or loss in transit.

it possible to cancel/amend an already submitted order |

Yes, provided
that the order has NOT been shipped yet. You will need to contact us by click Here
immediately with your name, order number and your e-mail address.
However
we are afraid that we cannot cancel or change any orders that
have been shipped or are currently in the shipping process.

if the item that I order is out of stock? |

Generally
items listed in our site are in stock. If any item in your
order is out of stock, we will notify you immediately with
regards to the availability of the items. We will not charge
you for any item until it is available and shipped.
